Each Wednesday, we spotlight and welcome a new member of our faculty and staff. This week, we’re excited to introduce Mrs. Hensley! We are thrilled to have her join the Bulldog family as our full-time English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher.

Mrs. Banks, Mrs. Reger, Mrs. Gray, and Mrs. Lumives recently attended the National Institute for Excellence in Teaching (NIET) Summer Institute, where they spent several days learning, collaborating, and strengthening their leadership skills. We are excited to bring this valuable learning back to W.T. Lewis as we continue to support and grow our teachers—because when teachers grow, students thrive! The goal is to generate excellence in EVERY classroom. 💙🐶💛

Educators are life long learners! Some of our Lewis Crew is in Atlanta at The Ron Clark Academy. They are feeling inspired, recharged, motivated, and energized and can’t wait to bring back some amazing things to implement at our school! 💙💛🐾

The legend has officially left the building, but the impact and memories will remain for years to come. 💙🐾

As one of the original faculty members when WT first opened, she helped lay the foundation of who we are today. Her dedication, leadership, and heart for students helped shape the culture and success of our school from the very beginning.

Thank you for the countless hours, unwavering commitment, laughter, and love you poured into our school family each and every day. Your presence made a lasting difference, and your legacy will continue to inspire both students and staff long after today.

While we hate to see you go, we are so excited for your next chapter and all the amazing things ahead. Once a Bulldog, always a Bulldog!
