This year, in partnership with NASA, an Engineer Jason Dugas shared how NASA uses energy in human spaceflight. This unique partnership demonstrates CERT's commitment to leverage its resources with the goal of making Energy Camp Louisiana a premier summer program in the community. Every Spring Energy Camp Louisiana graduates are invited to attend an Energy Camp Reunion at Sci-Port, where they reconnect with fellow campers. This is also an opportunity for staffers to track their former students ? As we move forward, CERT has been awarded grant from the Grayson Foundation to expand the energy camps for students who are interested in learning more about this growing industry. Plans are underway to place students into job shadowing positions and externships for qualified teachers in the workplace. Energy Camp Louisiana II will officially roll-out in July 2013!
