The easiest way to see if you're eligible for TOPS is by logging into your Student Hub account at https://mylosfa.la.gov/applications/student-hub.

Once you've been processed for eligibility, your TOPS status will be visible on the Home page under "Program Status."

Registration for your school age student for Bossier Parish opens up July 15th
1. If your child is currently attending a Bossier Parish School and not transferring log in to BossierSchools.org complete returning student registration (annual enrollment)
2. If currently attend a BossierParish School and transferring to another Bossier Parish School (not rolling from 8th-9th) complete returning student registration (annual registration) and then complete a student transfer. (rolling ex.: From 8th grade Rusheon Middle-Bossier High 9th grade).
3. If they are new to Bossier Parish School log in to BossierSchools.org complete new student enrollment

Attention Bossier High 2026 Graduates:

LOSFA's Student Hub allows students (and parents) to track their progress for a TOPS Award through the TOPS Tracker. The TOPS Tracker also contains the highest ACT/SAT score on file, TOPS Core courses that have been completed, and the current TOPS Core GPA.

High school graduates should use the TOPS Tracker to detect missing or incorrect information and notify LOSFA immediately to ensure their TOPS is determined over the summer without delays.
