I am a 7th degree Black Belt, 3rd Class Internation Teakwondo Master with WTA and a Master Instructor with WTF with 50 years of experiences in martial arts.

Over 25 years of experience as a law enforcement officer. Teaching children (4 and up) and adults self defense, self discipline and self confidence. Uniting the Mind, Body and Spirit.
