How important “ Sensory activities”

-Cognitive development
Sensory activities can help children build nerve connections in their brains, which can support cognitive intelligence. They can also help children process complex concepts, such as reading and writing, by stimulating neural pathways through different textures.

-Language development
Sensory activities can help children develop vocabulary and sensory language by exploring different smells, tastes, and textures.

-Fine motor skills
Activities like pouring, scooping, and manipulating small objects can help children develop fine motor skills, which are important for writing and self-care.

-Emotional regulation
Sensory activities can help children learn to regulate their emotions and cope with sensory input, which can help them develop emotional resilience and self-soothing abilities. For example, squeezing stress balls or squishing playdough can be a constructive way for children to release tension and stress.”

-Independence
Sensory activities can help children develop independence and critical thinking skills. They can also help children learn to self-regulate and communicate their ideas, which can make them more receptive to new information.

-Body awareness
Sensory activities can help children become more aware of their bodies and their ability to sense temperature, balance, and more.

Which side are you ?
It’s does not matter what age group.
It’s not about how cute craft you make or what you make. Children need to smell, touch , see , hear and discover by themself. more they wonder more they grow , more they explore they grow. What we can do is provide environment and encourage them to “ how to learn and enjoy, discover “.

Good idea comes from “free play “.

This type of play helps the child develop their language, thinking, and problem-solving ability, improves their motor skills, and they learn to get along with others. Builds their self-confidence. During free play, a child can try all kinds of things, as the absence of rules offers a world of possibility.
