This post is kind of long but before we press into 2022, we wanted to pause and give God ALL the glory for these 2021 highlights along with so many other things He allowed us to be a part of…

Thank you so much for your faithful prayers & support of Women of Courage & CumberlandFarms… What an awesome year it has been!

We serve such a faithful Father and are in constant awe of everything He is doing in our midst and that He would even allow us to partner with Him on this amazing adventure of reconciling this lost & dying world back to Him!

Because you gave we were able to be the hands & feet of Jesus to so many souls in our community and beyond..

1. Man Church celebrated 10 years from its launch in June 2011!!!

2. Officially added Allie Hammett to our staff team to continue expanding Women of Courage & Cumberland Farms ministries.

3. 1,000+ Men in monthly attendance at Man Church events throughout our region!

4. 150+ Men in weekly attendance continuing to grow their faith within a ManUp Bible Study!

5. 2,000+ Men in attendance Mar 26 at MOC Conf 2021 w/ Dr Tony Evans live in Carthage TX Bulldog Stadium… 100+ churches in attendance from all over the ArkLaTex and 150+ men at the altar doing business with God!

6. 300+ Men in attendance at Beast Feast-MOC Outdoors event!

7. 25+ Men attended Gateway Church Men’s Summit in Southlake TX!

8. Received donation of a camp on Lake Bistineau and began clean up & renovations for what we’ll call “Camp Courage”… a place for pastors, ministers & small groups to retreat for free! ($50K still needed).

9. Man Church Men Of Courage - Webster Parish kicked off in May with 200+ in attendance!

10. Man Church N Caddo kicked off in June with 75+ in attendance!

11. Unchained Prison Ministry slowly able to go back inside and minister after being shut down due to Rona.

12. 500+ at our 4th Annual Fam Church family event in July!

13. 100+ Men attended and served at Promise Keepers in July at ATT Stadium in Arlington TX!

14. Woman Church started meeting monthly in Aug and had 700+ in attendance in 2021!

15. First international mission trip to Yucatán MX with team of 17 (from 6 different MOC groups) to share mission & vision and launch Hombres de Valor | Yucatán… 100+ in attendance from 20+ churches! Hombres de Valor Yucatán

16. Committed $350/mo to help Hombres de Valor | Yucatán!

17. Committed additional $350/mo to help support pastor & plant Church in Hontochuc Yucatán MX… (city known for training witches). Prayer warriors needed!!!

18. The Market at Cumberland Farms has grown to 15+ items (including “Who’s Your Daddy | Soul Food Seasoning”) to help fund mission and now in 35+ retailers aka “Hope Dealers” throughout our community!

19. 50+ in weekly attendance at The Underground outreach in the Cumberland community!

20. Cumberland missionaries, Dylan & April + 3 children, celebrated 1 yr of moving into the neighborhood & loving on the community… God expanded their Good Behavior program from 8 to 60+ kiddos!

21. Received donation of a church bus & wrap that we’ll be able to use for all ministries!

22. 150+ in attendance at our 2nd Annual Spirit Night Block Party!

23. In Nov purchased a house across the street from Cumberland Farms and began renovations on “The Lovewell at Cumberland”* which will open Spring 2022 in partnership with The Hub: urban ministry giving everyone in the community access to a restored life! ($30K still needed).

24. *The Lovewell at Cumberland will have a Food Pantry (Eatwell), Clothes Closet (Dresswell) and a Laundromat (Smellwell) and also provide a safe place for students to get an after school snack and do homework as well as a place for teenagers & adults to participate in classes & Bible studies.

25. Hombres de Valor - Louisiana celebrated their 2nd Anniversary of Man Church Español in Nov and had 300+ in attendance this year!

26. 4th Annual Turkey Giveaway: 300 Turkeys donated from Cypress Baptist Missions for Thanksgiving and given away to the Cumberland community!

27. 300 parent gifts & 300+ toys given away to students of Bossier Elementary this year at 4th Annual Santa’s Workshop!

28. Continued support to local missions partnerships with Christ Fit Gym, The HUB: Urban Ministries & Purchased-Not For Sale, FCA, BES,, Shreveport Volunteer Network and Young Life Bossier Parish!

29. Continued support to regional & international mission partnerships with CRU (Campus Crusade for Christ), Christ Fit Gym Oklahoma & Global Outreach International-Yucatán Missions!

We believe God is and will continue doing a mighty work in and through every soul he puts in our path... ALL for His glory! Amen!!!

Our Bearkittens had an amazing day today! They were all able to pick out gifts for their love ones and themselves from Santa’s Workshop.

Our parents were very grateful and some even cried tears of joy as their cars were loaded with gifts at dismissal.

They are all smiles at Bossier Elementary because these Bearkittens are helping save the environment!

During National Recycling Week, they recycled their cardboard milk cartons, which amounted to more than 1,200 cartons that would have clogged up the landfill. Way to go, Bearkittens!
