The Military Relations Committee of the Bossier Chamber of Commerce and the NWLA Military Support Foundation join our military community and our nation in mourning the tragic loss of eight lives aboard the B-52 training flight.
Our hearts are with the families, friends, fellow service members, civilian teammates, and all those affected by this devastating loss. The men and women who serve, support, maintain, and fly these missions do so with extraordinary dedication, courage, and sacrifice. Their commitment to our nation will not be forgotten.
As a community with deep ties to the B-52 mission and Barksdale Air Force Base, we stand in solemn support of the families and units grieving today. We ask our community to keep them in your thoughts and prayers in the difficult days ahead.
With deepest sympathy and respect.
