As yall know l’ve recent got certified for
personal training, and starting coaching small group classes at Big G’s in bossier.

I will also be offering one on one training sessions there, membership starts at 35 a month. Plus the PT package of your choice and an add on meal plan option that I will construct for you based of needs and goal 🔥

My goal is the beginning of the year (yeah im determined and need to get away from retail) I can do this full time so yall support ya girl !!! 🙏🏽
