Today we had another unannounced, State licensing visit at our Dodgeville center, and when I saw the message come across my desk from our Director, Nicole, I couldn’t help but smile.

One compliance item; a small patch of chipping paint on one of our walls.

I cannot express how grateful I am for our incredible staff. Staying in compliance doesn’t just happen on the day a licensor walks through the door. It happens every single day, in the classrooms, in the routines, in the attention to detail, and most importantly, in the way our team teaches, nurtures, and cares for the children entrusted to us.

There is so much that goes on behind the scenes in early childhood education, and I know the responsibility our staff carries each and every day.

To Nicole and our entire Dodgeville team, THANK YOU! Thank you for your dedication, your consistency, and for continuing to hold our center to a high standard while creating a place where children are loved, cared for, and given the opportunity to learn and grow.

Fresh air does wonders for our littlest learners! 🌿☀️ After some outdoor fun, our babies often enjoy their bottles a little more and settle in for a peaceful nap. 💕😴

Outdoor time gives them a chance to explore, take in new sights and sounds, and get some fresh air—all while helping support healthy sleep routines. Nothing beats a little sunshine and fresh air! ☀️💜

Cleaning up our squiggly marks! 🧼🖍️ we used Q-tips to carefully trace and “clean” the lines, all while working on hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills. They had a blast with this fun little activity! 💜

Our littlest artists are starting to admire their masterpieces! 🎨🥰 We love watching the babies notice their artwork on the walls, taking in all the colors and creations they made. These sweet little moments help build curiosity, creativity, and confidence as they learn and grow! 💜✨
