Wind in the Willows Preschool

Ms. Veronica read "I Hear a Pickle (and Smell, See, Touch and Taste It, Too!) as we explored our 5 senses. Our little Willows even got to put their sense of taste to the test by trying a pickle at snack time!

We had special visitors to help wrap up our theme of the month- 5 Senses. The students had so much fun singing and dancing along!

Our little Willows have had a great first few weeks of school. They have learned rules and routines, are practicing fine motor skills, doing crafts and of course, LOTS of play!

Wind in the Willows Preschool has been blessed to serve the children and families of our community for many years. Our preschool is now completely self-funded. This means our program operates primarily through tuition, donations, fundraising, and the generosity of our community. Every contribution, whether big or small, helps us continue providing a safe, loving, and enriching place for our preschoolers to learn and grow.
I am sharing our preschool Wish List with items that we will use throughout the year. Purchasing even one item directly helps offset our operating costs and allows us to put more of our resources toward our children.
We also have families who could benefit from assistance with preschool tuition. If you, your family, a local business, or an organization would like to sponsor a child, it would greatly benefit children whose families may otherwise struggle with the cost of attendance.
It truly takes a community to keep a small preschool like ours going, and we are so thankful for everyone who continues to support Wind in the Willows Preschool. Your generosity directly impacts our children and helps keep this program available to our community. 💛

If you are interested in signing your child up for preschool, they must be potty trained, have a physical and up to date on vaccinations.

Classes will start August 24th and follow the local school calendar with the final day being June 4th, 2027.

Tuition for the preschool is determined from a sliding scale using your household income.

Depending on interest, transportation may be available to and from Edwards AFB for an additional fee. If this is something that you are interested in, please ensure you select that on this form.
