We would like to invite anyone who suffers from or has suffered from a mental illness (including anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, OCD, and many many more) to submit his/her initials to be placed on the back of the t-shirts for the benefit concert! The initials of a friend or family member can also be submitted, but please obtain permission from them beforehand if possible. Please feel free to send our page a message with any initials, and spread the word!
