We met with FCCLA Coordinator Nichole Hollomon today to start planning for the 2026-2027 school year! 🎉

Her FCCLA and Child Development students will once again be the amazing volunteers behind many of our events, and we already have some big ideas in the works.

We're excited to bring back favorites like Messy Night, Big Trucks, our Community-Wide Garage Sale Fundraiser, and our biggest event of the year….. our 4th Annual COOKIES WITH SANTA! 🎅🍪 And let's just say we're taking Cookies with Santa to a whole new level this year.

Be on the lookout for a community survey in the coming weeks. We want to hear directly from families so we can better understand the needs of our community and continue offering meaningful events and resources.

We can't wait for another great year with our Pirate Pup families! ❤️

Just because it’s summer doesn’t mean we stop supporting families or hyping them up when BIG milestones are accomplished 💛☀️

Yesterday we got the BEST FaceTime from Kyra the minute her test was over to let us know she finished her college class FOUR DAYS before her goal deadline 🎉👏

And we are absolutely going to brag on her for a minute because she’s doing the hard things all at once …full-time mom, full-time employee, and full-time college student.

At Parents as Teachers, family well-being means supporting the goals of the whole family, and watching parents work hard toward their dreams is one of our favorite things. We are SO proud of you, Kyra! One step closer to your goal 💪📚
