Pantheon Collective is proud to share that our Founder & CEO, **Tyme C. Ferris, has been named a Global Top 200 Cannabis Consultant for 2026–2027.**

A sincere thank you to **Sean Hocking and Cannabis Law Report** for including us in this year’s Global Top 200. Recognition like this means a great deal because it reflects years of work across multiple regulated markets and nearly every part of the cannabis operating landscape.

Over two decades, Tyme’s work has included licensing, market entry, facility development, cultivation, manufacturing, retail, restructurings, acquisitions, integrations and organizational leadership — experience that continues to shape the work we are building today at Pantheon Collective.

That work now extends beyond cannabis alone, connecting regulated cannabis, industrial h**p, agriculture, community development and long-term market strategy through a platform designed around what comes next.

We’re grateful to Sean, Cannabis Law Report, and the broader industry community for the recognition — and even more excited about the work still ahead.

A legal market earns trust after the ribbon cutting. Legalization has a starting line.

08/10/2026

Rules That Match Reality is the newest Dispatches From the Frontlines of Change.

This issue follows three questions the industry cannot keep dodging:

Is rural delivery merely convenient—or is it part of what genuine legal access looks like?
Is a rural region being offered an ownership stake in the supply chain, or just acreage while the durable value leaves town?
Why is Congress still trying to regulate a consumer-product market with a botanical label?

The Senate may have moved the h**p-product deadline by a few weeks. That is not the same thing as building a policy. The country still needs one tested, age-gated, transparent consumer-cannabinoid framework—while preserving industrial h**p’s agricultural and manufacturing future.

We can protect minors, require real testing, support responsible operators, and stop treating rural communities as raw-material depots. But we have to stop regulating labels and start regulating reality.

Read, share, disagree thoughtfully—and keep pushing for a market built around safety, access, accountability, and local value.

The heat is doing what stress always does: exposing weaknesses that were already there. Across much of the United States, persistent high pressure is increasing the risk of extreme heat while an active El Niño continues to strengthen.

America is turning 250.

Cannabis has been here the whole time.

Before it was a criminal charge, a medical program, a dispensary product, a h**p loophole, a wellness trend, or a branded holiday gummy, it was a crop. It was fiber. It was labor. It was medicine. It was policy. It was survival.

This week’s Pantheon Collective article looks at three connected truths:

1. America’s 250-year relationship with cannabis is not clean, simple, or patriotic trivia. H**p was part of early American material life, but that history also runs through coerced labor, prohibition, criminalization, and unresolved repair.

2. The modern medical cannabis movement owes a direct debt to LGBTQ+ and HIV/AIDS activism. Dennis Peron, Jonathan West, Brownie Mary, Paul Scott, caregivers, patients, and q***r communities helped force compassion into law before cannabis was an industry.

3. Cannabis freedom has to look like care. As summer gatherings, Pride events, July 4th celebrations, concerts, cookouts, lake weekends, weddings, and festivals fill the calendar, responsible use matters: know the dose, label the product, lock up edibles, plan the ride, respect consent, and do not make the plant do public relations cleanup for bad decisions.

The thread across all of it is inheritance.

What did America inherit from the plant?

What did cannabis inherit from q***r and AIDS-era activism?

And what are we responsible for carrying forward now?

At Pantheon Collective, we believe the future of cannabis cannot be built on amnesia. One plant. Many lanes. A long memory.

The cannabis industry is loud right now.

Federal rescheduling headlines. State compliance fights. H**p policy uncertainty. Seed-to-sale costs. Market contraction. Media transitions. A thousand opinions, all arriving at once.

In Issue 24 of the Pantheon Collective Biweekly Newsletter, we slow the noise down and look at what actually holds: infrastructure.

This issue includes:

• Why Pantheon has stayed out of the federal rescheduling speculation cycle
• Why small operators need to get ahead of compliance, cGMP, SOPs, tracking, and documentation now
• A thank-you to Heather Allman for helping build Through the Oculus
• A look at the Cannabis Farmers Alliance and what organized advocacy can move in New York
• A Memorial Day editor’s note honoring fallen service members, veterans, and the families who carry the cost of service
• 10+ cannabis and h**p headlines shaping the market right now

The theme is simple:

When the noise gets loud, infrastructure tells the truth.

🌿 Pantheon Perspective has a new home within the broader Pantheon platform: www.ourpantheon.co/pantheonperspective

Pantheon Perspective is the licensed adult-use cannabis side of the Pantheon ecosystem — but even here, our work has never been just about cannabis sales.

It is about responsibility.

It is about education.

It is about helping consumers, regulators, operators, and communities understand what adult-use cannabis can look like when it is built with care from the beginning.

We are still in development and not yet open to the public. But the foundation is already being laid.

Through our new site, we are beginning to show the standards behind Pantheon Perspective: thoughtful cultivation, product education, consumer guidance, community impact, sustainability, and a deeper commitment to moving cannabis out of stigma and into structure.

Adult-use cannabis deserves more than hype.

It deserves transparency.
It deserves accountability.
It deserves operators who understand that this plant sits at the intersection of agriculture, policy, wellness, culture, public health, and economic development.

Pantheon Perspective is being built as one part of Pantheon’s closed-loop platform around the cannabis plant — connected to industrial h**p, education, advocacy, media, agritourism, and community programming.

We are not open yet.

But our perspective is already clear.

🌱 Cannabis can be responsible.
📚 Cannabis can be educational.
🤝 Cannabis can serve community.
🏛 Cannabis can be part of something larger than a dispensary counter.

Over the past several months, we’ve been focused on rebuilding and refining how we communicate the broader Pantheon Collective ecosystem across cannabis, industrial h**p, agritourism, education, advocacy, community programming, and media.

This new platform was designed to better reflect the long-term vision behind our connected campus model and the companies being developed within it — including Pantheon Perspective LLC, **p by Hephaestus, Symposium by Pantheon, and the Oculus.

But let’s be clear:

🌱 Pantheon is not “a cannabis company.”

Pantheon is a closed-loop platform built around the cannabis plant.

Adult-use cannabis is one part of the model. The larger vision connects:

🌿 responsible cannabis operations
🌾 industrial h**p processing
🎓 education and public learning
🎙 media and cultural conversation
🤝 advocacy and community impact
🏛 shared infrastructure, compliance, and strategy
🌄 agritourism, events, and future campus experiences

We are still in development and not yet open to the public. The full campus is still ahead of us.

But the work is already alive. 🔥

Our new site elevates the education, advocacy, and community-facing work happening now — work designed to speak to regulators, operators, consumers, partners, and the broader public about what this plant is, what it can become, and how it should be handled responsibly.

We are continuing to build toward future phases of development, outreach, intended partnerships, and growth while advancing the project through appropriate private fundraising channels and strategic relationships.

A huge shoutout to Sam Nobile for the months of hard work, patience, strategy, design refinement, and behind-the-scenes problem-solving that went into developing this new platform. 🙌

This was not a simple “new website” project — it was the work of translating a complex ecosystem into something people can actually understand.

No small task. Honestly, a little bit of a digital decorticator. 🌾⚙️

Still more to come.

🌱 One plant.
🔁 Many uses.
🏛 One platform.

Some weeks, the most important cannabis conversations aren’t about products, prices, or even policy wins. They’re about the deeper question underneath all of it: who gets protected, who gets punished, and who gets heard.
