{SPONSOR SHIRT FUNDRAISER}

We are taking a group of 15 students to Washington DC this summer to compete in the National FCCLA competition. We make sponsorship shirts to wear at Nationals with everyone who supported our trip. Would your business be interested in being one of our awesome sponsors?

FCCLA is Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America (it used to be called FHA). I am taking 11 girls and 4 boys competing in events like hospitality, event management, career investigations, repurpose and redesign, sports nutrition, job interview, interior design, and leadership. I typically have the kiddos go around with forms to businesses in our area, but with the majority of them still playing softball and baseball (and we hope to go as far as we did last year), they haven't had much spare time to talk to the awesome businesses around our area. I hope this post will do just as well as sending them (which I can do when the season is over), but I am attaching a sponsorship form to this email. We would appreciate your support if your business feels led to sponsor us.

State Leadership Conference 2026

For the first time in my teaching career have I had this many students qualify for Nationals. I took 17…we left with 14 golds, 3 silvers, and 15 bids to Nationals. Yes. 15 of 17 qualified. I can’t explain how proud I am of all of them. We have had a great time the past two days. Competing. Going to sessions. Eating our favorite post comp meal (McAllister’s). Even I got a service award this year! Can’t wait to see what these kids do at Nationals this year.

Some special thank you’s are due! To our awesome bus driver, Mr. Bobby, who was up for taking us anywhere we wanted to go in the big ol’ bus to his sweet wife, Lori, for her support! Y’all have been great. To Mrs. Amy Ray Daniel for her help with anything I could possibly think of. We appreciate you joining us on this trip. Lastly, to my mom who is my sounding board and helps me hash out all of the logistics that I have floating around in my head. I could not do this without you! ❤️

{FUNDRAISER TIME!}

Fundraisers are happening NOW for our FCCLA chapter! :) We are actively raising funds for our trip to Hot Springs in the spring! After our Regional Conference last week, we have 17 members competing in 10 different events!

We are currently selling cupcakes that will be delivered to the elementary, junior high, and high school on Friday, February 13th, just in time for Valentine's Day! If you would like to purchase a cupcake for you or your family, don't hesitate to get in touch with me so we can add you to our list. Cupcakes are $5 each. We can package them in singles, doubles, 4's, and 6's. If you do not have a student at the school, but wish to purchase, you can pick them up from our High School Library on Friday, February 13th.

We will also be having a silent auction on Friday, February 13th, at the Booneville/Charleston basketball game at BHS. We will have several different baskets that can be bid on for purchase. We will be in the lobby for everyone to look at and bid on the baskets. Come support the Bearcat Basketball teams and our FCCLA chapter. :)

We appreciate your support of our FCCLA Chapter as we raise money for our State and hopefully National conferences!
