Sinningia leucotricha: a favorite caudiciform of ours. This Sinningia looked pretty measly once winter started up, so we induced dormancy (meaning we stopped watering it) and as soon as March rolled around it was ready to bloom!

What do we do at the greenhouse?? Play with plants, of course! Along with maintaining our teaching collection, we host classes, deliver plants for classes like Botany and Intro to Bio to and from campus, and lots more! Want to get involved with us?
