it’s been busy around here as we’ve started the sorghum harvest this week! we’ll be spending the weekend peeling leaves, pressing, and beginning to boil the syrup down.

we will have a few friends holding it down Watauga County Farmers' Market so y’all can still find our veg, herbs, and beef for the weekend!

Join Sustainable Development on Wednesday, September 16th from 5-7pm in the Living Learning Center civic garden for our Inaugural Front Porch event! We will have guest speaker, Jay Bost from Laughing Springs Farm joining us as well as live music and free food! All are welcome!
