ous classrooms. The middle school teachers operate as a team to provide a variety of resources and supports for the unique needs of each individual student. Every grade level team of teachers meets daily to design instruction, support student success, and prepare weekly communication updates for parents on student on upcoming assignments, projects, and assessments. This team approach between teachers and parents helps parents guide children as they navigate through their middle school years. Our compassionate and student-centered staff encourages students to make the most of their educational opportunities. We offer many extra-curricular activities for the students to become involved at BMS. Whether students are interested in band, orchestra, chorus, swing choir, jazz band, drama, yearbook, TSA (Technology Student Association), Lego-league, FIRST Tech, student council, cheerleading, or athletics, there is something for everyone! The students are truly the heart and soul of this school. They are the focus of our educational program, and we have high expectations for the skills, abilities, and potential we know they possess in becoming productive students and community members. Positive Behavioral intervention Supports (PBiS) is also infused in our daily school routine in conjunction with Character Counts! This cooperative effort between students, parents, staff, and community supports our mission, which includes "the development of good character in our students.
