This week a dear cousin passed away. We were co workers and nursing friends. She was my go to for questions at my school. Many of her students may recall her teaching the CNA program at mville. She will be missed.

This week a cousin passed away. Not just any cousin but a good friend and nursing co worker. Carol Butler. I relied on Carol for so many things. When l had questions about my school she was there. Not just a board member but my go to for questions.

To All the potential students who have called, well actually text me in reference to the school program and start dates.
Updated news. I received new info from the college recently. The Skills Books are changing. I checked the web site for the college update, and they have not put the info on the page. The new info will not be available until after July first I was told. I had a copy sent to me by the Elizabethtown college staff. KCTCS Also testing on the new material will be done after July. Needless to say, this will cause a start date delay and printing of newer books to include the changed info. Therefore, do not download or print any info from the college web site at this time. Do not purchase E-books. We have tried this before and they slow us down in class. Due to new info this will take time to review the 50 pages of new skills. A clean background and abuse check is needed before starting of day 1. A two-step T.B test will be required. We currently have uniforms for those who need a uniform. You are required to wear them during clinical of 2 Days. A down payment is required on day one. 200.00 down payment thereafter a payment plan is available. This includes all your supplies, books, copy of two post-tests, gloves, gowns use of equipment and 1 million dollars insurance coverage during clinical. I suggest you purchase a bp cuff and stethoscope for practicing taking of the Bp since it is a skill your will be tested on by the state. Well class was scheduled to start about a month ago. However, floods storms have caused quite a cleanup. Class is scheduled to start soon. One week is the goal. Now due to restructured info of 6 units a student may work through them at their pace. Most students complete all of them in 10 weeks. The instructor is on site one day a week for the skills and practice. We complete all skills before attending the clinical. Clinical is manditory. Interested send an email. Most cell phones will not allow me to reply to your phone. So you must use a computer. If I have not answered your email. I have tried and it says it will not go. Students completed today. So proud of this class they are all young but intelligent. Also we celebrated Marissa birthday and somehow missed Destiny's. But today was pizza hut party bought by Hart CNA as they wked hard.

We would like to thank Jeremy for stopping by with pizza. He cooked and delivered it to all the students in the Hart CNA Program. It was great. We ALL appreciate it.
