I was a student today with 🎨 Arty Critters I Kids' Art Studio I Bonney Lake, WA 🏔️ and it was delightful! If you are near the Bonney Lake area, I recommend trying out a class. She has several options for all ages and a huge variety of mediums.

Thank you, Kyla, for hosting us in your lovely home art studio! It’s really inspiring to see how people utilize their home to provide learning opportunities for the community. We will be back!

🎨Looking for a fun activity for your artsy, crafty kiddo that they will actually look forward to every week?

👋I’m Kyla, aka Mrs. Brown! I'm a local mom, and the owner of Arty Critters- a kids' art studio right here in Bonney Lake.

Whether your child loves trying new art mediums and fun craft in my 🎨Art Club (Ages 6–11) or wants to learn cool drawing tricks in my ✏️Drawing Club (Ages 9–13), I have a seat saved just for them. I offer both after-school and homeschool classes!

Fall registration is LIVE!
🎨Art Club (Ages 6-11)
Back for another season of joyful art medium exploration: �painting, drawing, mixed media, fiber arts, and everything in between for your curious maker who love to try new things!
📌Tue & Wed after-school class times always filled up first. If your schedule is not flexible, make sure you grab your seats early before these two classes fully booked up.

✏️Drawing Club (Ages 9-13)
Brand new this Fall! It's built for the age when kids start wanting their drawings to look "right" and get frustrated when they don't. I teach them to break anything down into simple shapes, and build confidence one sketch at a time.

After-School and Homeschool times available for both clubs. All groups capped at 12 kids.

Looking through these Tween Night photos and I got a little emotional, not gonna lie. 🥹

It took me right back to being their age. I can still feel it, that feeling of being completely free when I was with my best friends. We laughed at absolutely anything. Nothing had to be funny, it just was, because we were together.

Middle school can be so hard. The classes, the drama, figuring out who you are. But when you have those girls next to you, it feels like you're going to be alright.

That memory still warms my heart every single time I reach for it.
That's exactly what I want these tween nights to be. A room full of laughing, creating, food and snacks, and zero pressure to be anything other than themselves. If they walk away with even one memory like the ones I still hold onto, I've done my job. ❤️
