We are so excited to welcome our preschool, 4th, and 5th graders for the first day of school next Tuesday, September 1st! School begins at 8:30 AM. 📚✏️ We are looking forward to welcoming Kindergarteners for their first day on Friday, September 4th.

Dieringer Heights has a bright new addition just in time for the school year. Our new readerboard is up and running thanks to the huge support from Dieringer Education Foundation, additional partnership from the LTES PTA serving Dieringer Heights and Lake Tapps Elementaries, and the incredible generosity of our local community. Because of your direct donations to these wonderful organizations, meaningful improvements like this become a reality. 🏫✨

We have an exciting week ahead as we gear up for the new school year! Preschool Open House is on Tuesday, August 25th from 3:30 to 4:30 pm. On Wednesday, August 26th, we invite our older students and families to our combined 4th and 5th Grade Curriculum Night and Open House. Also, a quick reminder for our new kindergarten families that Family Connections are happening September 1st through 3rd, and your child's teacher will reach out to schedule your appointment. We cannot wait to see everyone! 🏫👋

We are thrilled to officially welcome Holly Ackerman as the new assistant principal for Dieringer Heights Elementary. Although she officially started her role on July 1st, we want to publicly celebrate the wealth of experience and knowledge she brings to both our school and the entire district.
