​This Wednesday, September 9, we are honored to host Master Sylvio Behring at Apex Bonners Ferry for seminars and belt promotions.

​⚠️ Please note: All regularly scheduled Jiu-Jitsu classes are canceled on Wednesday to accommodate the seminar schedule.

Happy 250th Independence Day from all of us at Apex Fitness & Martial Arts! 🇺🇸🎆

​We hope everyone has a safe and fantastic holiday weekend. Please make a note of a few important schedule updates for the upcoming week:

We will be CLOSED this Monday to observe the holiday weekend.

​Wednesday Kids Promotions: Get ready for a big day on the mats! We are hosting kids' belt and stripe promotions this Wednesday. For this event, all kids' age groups will be combined and will run from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM.

Wednesday Adult BJJ: Following the kids' promotions, adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu will run from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM.

​Enjoy the celebrations with your friends and family, and we can't wait to see everyone back on the mats!

We currently have 2 openings in our beginners classes and 3 openings in our advance gymnastics classes. This classes are often full so if you're looking to start your child in gymnastics, now is the time!

Our talented coaches will help your children develop physical skills, learn discipline and build confidence all while having fun!

APEX STATE CHAMPIONS CROWNED! 🏆🥇

​A few of our wrestlers headed to the Idaho Freestyle and Greco State Tournament this weekend and absolutely showed out. Huge shout out to the team for their hard work and grit!

​Rownin Streeter (8U): The Triple Crown King! 👑 Rownin took 1st in both Freestyle and Greco, completing the season sweep after his Folkstyle state title. What an incredible accomplishment!

​Tommy Holman: Double State Champ! 🥇 Tommy took 1st in Freestyle this weekend, adding it to his Folkstyle state title for a dominant season.

​Aubree Graves: Fargo Bound! ✈️ Aubree battled to 3rd in Freestyle and 4th in Greco, officially qualifying for the national stage at Fargo!

​Rex Streeter: Placed 4th in Greco and 5th in Freestyle after a weekend of tough matches. 🏅

​We are so proud of the dedication these athletes show on the mats every day. The future of Apex Wrestling is bright! 🛡️🔥

Incredible trip to the NHSCA High School National Championship!

We’re coming home with big wins, tough losses, and some invaluable lessons. Grateful for the memories made and the growth that only happens on the big stage. See you all back on the mats soon! 🤼‍♂️💪

This is a match I’ll never forget.

Two young men in the blood round, quadruple overtime with gas tanks on empty, giving everything they had to become an All-American. You cannot wrestle a closer match than this one was.

​It was a heartbreaker of a loss, but the kind that fuels the fire and teaches lifelong lessons. One-on-one combat sports reveal exactly who you are. There is just something deep and personal about it that you can't experience anywhere else.

This weekend, over 7,000 kids registered for the National Championship in VA Beach. They put it all on the line and took the risk—I respect every single one of them. Hats off to all of you!

To the team that made the trip with us, I love you all and I will never forget the experience.

I'm ready for the next one...

Huge congratulations to C**t Barras for placing 5th at the Idaho Folkstyle State Championship! 🥉🏔️

​C**t has been a fixture on our mats since he was just 5 years old. Watching him grow from a young beginner into a state-placer has been an absolute privilege. While his work ethic is incredible, what truly sets him apart is his character—you won't find a kinder person in the sport.
