We're looking forward to welcoming BRAVE families to our enrollment fair next week! All NEW students, preschool-12th grade, will enroll during this time. Returning families that need support, internet access, or have questions, are also encouraged to stop in.

In addition to our enrollment stations, we will have...
✏️School supplies for those in need - courtesy of our incredible community partners (while supplies last!)
🍎Food service staff will be available to accept applications for free/reduced meals
🚌Transportation staff will be available to sign students up for bus routes
📱District staff will be available to answer questions about the new USD 204 app and the Rooms platform
🏀Staff from our 6-12th grade athletics department will be available for team sign-ups, collecting physicals/paperwork, and answering questions
💙Local community organizations will be in attendance sharing resources and helping families and students prepare for the new school year

The event will take place Tuesday, August 6th from 1 - 8 PM and Wednesday, August 7th from 8 AM - 12 PM at Bonner Springs High School (100 McDanield St, Bonner Springs, KS 66012).

Enrollment for returning students is now open for the 2024-25 school year! Parents & Guardians, please check your inbox AND spam folder to make sure you receive important back to school information.

🔶School starts Friday, August 16th for all K-12, DRE Preschool, and Head Start students — the first day for McDanield Preschool students is Monday, August 19th
🔶Returning families should complete enrollment in Skyward before school starts (must be done on a computer, not a mobile device)
🔶Proof of residency is required for ALL students
🔶ALL families are encouraged to apply for free/reduced lunch and fees via Skyward enrollment
🔶NEW this year! In-person enrollment fair on August 6th (1-8 PM) & August 7th (8 AM-12 PM) at Bonner Springs High School (100 McDanield St., Bonner Springs) for all new students and families that need assistance

The BRAVES Summer Meals Program kicks off Monday, June 3rd! Kids 18 years of age and younger can enjoy FREE meals throughout June and July at designated locations. Adult meals are available for purchase, and ALL meals are dine-in only.

Congratulations, McKenzie!

We are counting down to Bonner Springs High School Graduation by celebrating this year's Valedictorians and Salutatorians! Today, in our final installment of the series, we take time to recognize Salutatorian McKenzie Campbell for this outstanding accomplishment. We asked McKenzie to share a few memories and plans for the future.

🎓 Favorite memory from high school: Going to the sporting events and leading orange crush.
🎓 What makes Bonner Springs High School special: "We are a little community where it's not too big but not too small and everyone knows everyone."
🎓 After graduation, McKenzie plans to: Attend the University of Nebraska Kearney to study health sciences and do track and field.

🎓 After graduation, Ethan plans to: Attend Washburn University to pursue a degree in actuarial science.

🎓 After graduation, Lyra plans to: Major in journalism at Southwest Baptist University and possibly minor in writing and editing.
