Do you enjoy helping people learn, grow, and work toward a better future? North County Adult Education & Literacy is looking for instructors to teach adult students at the Farmington Treatment Center.

This is a part-time evening position** teaching adult education students working toward their HiSET/HSE and improving their academic skills.

🌟 **AEL STUDENT SUCCESS STORY!** 🌟

We could not be more proud of **John Mills II** and the incredible work he has done to change the direction of his life!

John enrolled in the **NCSD Adult Education & Literacy Program in February 2026** with a goal of earning his HiSET. Just **three and a half months later**, on May 27, he accomplished that goal! 🎓

But John didn’t stop there. After earning his HiSET, he applied to **Mineral Area College** and is now pursuing his passion for law enforcement through the **Mineral Area College Law Enforcement Academy**, working toward his Missouri POST certification. 👮‍♂️

John’s story is a powerful reminder that **it is never too late to believe in yourself, set a new goal, and move forward.** His determination, hard work, and commitment to his family are truly inspiring.

At North County Adult Education & Literacy (AEL), we are incredibly grateful for the continued support of the Dollar General Literacy Foundation (DGLF). Through their generous grants, they have helped us remove barriers for our students by supporting literacy programs, HiSET testing, graduation expenses, instructional materials, and other resources that make education possible. They are truly one of our biggest supporters!

This summer, you can help make a difference too!

💯 100% of the proceeds go directly to supporting literacy programs across the country.
