🥳We officially have less than 5 hours to reach our school wide goal and having a pajama day!

⚡️The races will be officially called at 8pm this evening but as far as the competition sits now between our lower grades (TK-3rd), it is anyone’s for the taking! Some grades are within $10 of each other. 🤯🤯

👏👏5th and 6th have quite the challenge if they want to catch up to 4th grade.

☄️To incentivize all of you 5th and 6th graders out there, we will be donating 7 ga-ga balls to the top earning class in those grades! Every one of your classes is within $5 of each other! A donation like that could really make the difference of your class winning all that fun!!

🎉Tomorrow is the big day — Fun Run time!🎉

🦸🏻‍♀️🦸🏼Our Valley Vista superheroes are ready to run, laugh, and have an amazing time, because the most important part of the day is having fun. Students are encouraged to wear their superhero costumes and capes and show off the hero inside them.

🔥The competition is heating up.

🥇Right now, 3rd grade is leading for the lower grades, and 4th grade is leading for the upper grades. But there’s still time for other grades to jump in and take the lead.

🥳And now for even more fun — we’re adding another class party to the excitement. The winning lower grade and winning upper grade will each earn a party of their choice: popsicles, popcorn, pizza, ice cream sundaes, or even a piñata party.

🎯We’re already at 60% of our goal, and that is amazing. Keep sharing the donation link — with your help, we know we can soar all the way to the top.🪽

💦While PTO provides cold, orange slices, it is imperative to keep our young Vikings hydrated. *Please send your child with a water bottle*

🫶It’s not too late to be involved! We are always looking for those extra hands that make the work load light! Check out the volunteer link to see if there is a time for you to come help!

👏👏A huge thank you to the 81 students who have already participated in our annual Fun Run fundraiser. We truly appreciate your hard work, enthusiasm, and efforts in helping support Valley Vista.

🎯Because of you, we are already almost at 40% of our fundraising goal. 🏆What an incredible start!🏆

💭Just imagine what we could accomplish with 100% participation. Even a donation of $5 or $10 can make a big difference and help us reach our goal.

🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️ SUPER VIKING FUN RUN UPDATE! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️💙💛

We are officially 25% of the way to our $14,000 goal! 🎉 Our Vikings are doing an amazing job, but we still have a ways to go & we need our entire Valley Vista community to help us keep the momentum going!

One of the easiest ways to help is simply by sharing your student’s Fun Run link with family and friends! 💙

📲 Download one of the Super Viking graphics below and send it along with your student’s fundraising link to grandparents, aunties, uncles, cousins, family friends, coworkers… anyone who would love to cheer on your Viking!

You can even send a message like:

Our little Viking is helping raise funds for Valley Vista Elementary, and we’d love your support! Donations help fund field trip buses, educational programs, community events, school enrichment, campus beautification, and so much more.

What makes our Fun Run extra special is that 100% of the proceeds go directly back to our school! 💙💛
