Training in Nature has always been very special to me.🌳 Here is a quick photo back in 2006 while I was doing sword training (yes, it was razor sharp blade) in Riverview Park in Pittsburgh, Pa.
When I lived in the Northside of Pittsburgh I called Riverview Park my "Favorite Dojo"! This park has been a playground, training area (dojo), and meditation/prayer location for me almost all of my youth and a large portion of my adult life! Having a lifestyle deeply connected to Nature, even in the inner city, has had a positive and profound effect on my life!

SHUANG SHOU TUO TIAN or "Lifting The Sky" (Literal: Both Hands Lift Sky) is in my opinion is one of the simplest and most powerful exercises in 'ancient Chinese moving meditation practice' called Qigong (shee gong). "Lifting The Sky" originated from Shiba Luohan Shou or 18 Luohan Hands Qigong.

"Lifting The Sky" is amazingly powerful for both the Beginner and the Advanced Qigong practitioner.

The Beginner can learn the following:
Get the energy flowing.
Boost the immune system
Loosen the joints.
Loosen the muscles.
Relaxes the nervous system.
Open the energy meridians.

The Advanced can:
Increase and intensify Microcosmic Orbit (Small Universe).
Create Cosmic Showers
Exercise Bai Hui
Balancing and harmonizes the upper, middle, and lower energies.
