HCHS Class of 2027 - Please Read Before Your Appointment **Portraits will take place in the conference room in the front office**
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This gives you time to check in and be ready when your appointment begins. Seniors who arrive late may have a shortened session or may need to be rescheduled so we can stay on schedule for everyone.
Ladies: Please wear or bring a spaghetti strap or strapless top so you can easily wear the drape.
Gentlemen: Please wear or bring a plain white undershirt (T-shirt only, not a button-up). Your shirt should have no writing or graphics. If you prefer to be clean-shaven, please do so before arriving. Five o'clock shadow cannot be retouched and will require a retake at a later date at your expense.
Hair: Please make sure your hairstyle has been approved by a parent before arriving. Everyone wears their hair differently, so before we begin, we'll simply ask if you're happy with it. The #1 reason for retakes is hair, so please make sure you're satisfied before your session starts. If you later decide you want a different hairstyle, a retake appointment will be required at your expense.
Payment: Session fees will be collected on the day of your appointment. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit/debit cards.
Appointment Times: Your appointment time was included in the letter mailed to your home or provided by your senior/yearbook sponsor. If you've misplaced your time, check with your school or call us.
Your images will be available to view and order approximately two weeks after your photo day. You'll receive an email with a link to your online gallery as soon as they're ready.
