When there was a need, they stepped up! 💜

Our Kindergarten teachers heard there was a shortage of sessions for our Pre-K teachers at our 4th Annual LEAD Conference—and they didn’t hesitate to jump in and help. They shared their knowledge, experience, and passion to make sure our youngest learners’ teachers had meaningful learning opportunities, too.

Also a SPECIAL THANK YOU to Lori Parsons, who stepped up to teach a session at the very last minute!

This is what LEAD is all about: Learning, Empowering, Achieving, and Developing—together. 💜

🌎⚽ LEAD Conference 2026: One Team. One Goal. 🏆

Our fourth annual LEAD Conference was one for the books! With a FIFA World Cup theme, our Purple Warrior family came together for two days of professional learning, collaboration, connection, and, of course, a little friendly competition! ⚽💜

From engaging sessions to community vendors, food trucks, and World Cup-inspired activities, our staff brought the energy and team spirit!

🏆 And the Human Foosball Trophy goes to… BAILEY INGLISH! 🎉⚽ Congratulations to Bailey Inglish for taking home the trophy and claiming the win!

A huge THANK YOU to our presenters, vendors, food trucks, community partners, and everyone who helped make LEAD 2026 a success. We’re grateful for the opportunity to learn, grow, and celebrate together as we prepare for another great year.

We are feeling incredibly grateful and blessed to have such an amazing community surrounding Bonham ISD! Because of the generosity of local businesses and community partners, our teachers were able to participate in the Classroom Kindness Drive and gather school supplies they need to prepare their classrooms for the new school year — all at no cost! ✏️📚🖍️

This incredible event was made possible by businesses coming together with one goal: to support our teachers and students as we begin a new school year. We are so thankful to every business and community member who donated supplies and helped make this event such a success. Your generosity means more than you know! 💜

IMPORTANT: Bailey Inglish Early Childhood Center holds conferences instead of a Meet the Teacher night. Conferences will be held on July 23, July 27, and July 28, depending on your child’s teacher. Teachers will contact families to schedule their conference.

What a fun and energetic way to kick off the 2026-2027 school year! 🥁💜

Drum Café got our Convocation 2026 started with an interactive drumming experience that brought everyone together through rhythm, teamwork, and plenty of smiles. It was the perfect reminder that every person plays an important part in our success.

The excitement continued as Dr. Hamlin challenged us to build trust, work together, and never stop improving. School Board President Chance Roberts reminded us of the important work we do every day and reaffirmed the Board's commitment to supporting our students, staff, and schools. Dr. J also introduced the new Bonham ISD mission statement, setting the tone for the year ahead.

Here's to a year of collaboration, growth, and making a difference for every student. Let's make it a great year, Bonham ISD! 💜
