🎉 A SUCCESS STORY WORTH CELEBRATING! 🎉

Today, we want to celebrate one of our amazing students who recently earned her GED through Fannin Literacy Council! ❤️📚

Her journey wasn’t easy. Social Studies proved to be a difficult hurdle, and there were times when the finish line may have seemed far away. But she refused to give up! Through determination, perseverance, and hard work, she pushed through the challenges and accomplished her goal. SHE DID IT! 🎓🙌

Her story is a beautiful reminder that success doesn’t always come easily or on the first try. Sometimes, it takes a little extra time, a lot of determination, and the courage to keep going when things get tough.

We are incredibly proud of her and hope her achievement inspires others who may be struggling to reach their own goals. Your journey is not over just because the road gets hard. Keep going! 💪❤️

Walk. Run. or Roll. Your passport to Bonham is waiting!

The Vive le Bois d’Arc Family 5K Historic Passport Tour takes you on an adventure through six special stops that showcase the history, creativity, and community of Bonham:

- Powder Creek Park – featuring a special Storybook Trail
- Fannin County Museum of History
- Historic Fannin County Courthouse
- Creative Arts Center
- Sam Rayburn Museum Library
- Fort Inglish Village Museum

Pick up your passport, travel the route by bike or foot, and collect a stamp at every stop. Once you’ve collected all six stamps, cross the official Autumn in Bonham finish line and head to the Vive le Bois d’Arc Info Booth to turn in your completed passport and claim your special finisher prize!

Come explore Bonham, discover a little local history, and finish your adventure right in the middle of the Autumn in Bonham Festival!

While kids are celebrating summer, we’re already planning for August.

Last year, YOU helped 836 students across Fannin County start school with confidence. New backpacks. Starter supplies. Fresh haircuts.

Our School Supply Drive supports all Fannin County students who need help getting ready for day one. Because every child deserves to walk into class ready to learn.

Our 2026 School Supply Drive kicks off in July. But we need to start planning NOW.
