Today, the BE Team dedicated a full Professional Development Day to reflect, refocus, and prepare for what’s next.

We took an honest look at Term 1—celebrating our progress, identifying opportunities for growth, and engaging in courageous conversations about how we can continue strengthening our school’s culture and climate.

We also engaged in strategic academic planning for Term 2, ensuring that our instructional decisions remain focused on what matters most: student achievement, teacher support, and creating meaningful learning experiences for every Achiever.

And, of course, we took time to pause. laugh. break bread. and bond for lunch. ❤️

Because great schools are built by teams who are willing to work together, grow together, and celebrate together.
