Sharing these core principles of talent, innovation, and community with the next generation is essential, as young people form the very foundation of our region's future growth. By involving students in these economic conversations early on, we foster local talent, inspire regional innovation, and ensure that Warren County remains a vibrant place where future leaders choose to build their lives and careers.

Two Bolton Central School seniors joined regional business, government, and community leaders recently at the Warren County Economic Development Corporation (EDC) Annual Luncheon, held at the Carriage House at Fort William Henry in Lake George. Students Lydia and Teddy Phelps were accompanied by Business and Marketing teacher Michael Graney, and were joined by Assemblywoman Carrie Woerner and Saratoga EDC Project Executive Tori Riley.

Bringing together different industries, communities, generations and perspectives allowed for an understanding that we all share a commitment to the ongoing success of our region.

Bolton Central School is honored to welcome five new inductees to the Bolton chapter of the National Honor Society. In order to be eligible to apply, students must have a GPA of 88 or higher. Our National Honor Society members welcomed their peers by speaking on the tenets of Leadership, Character, Service and Scholarship. The new inductees are:

Jaxon Egloff
Finley Eager
Ella Hens
Meghan Hull
Katie Morehouse

Congratulations to all our National Honor Society members! The District was very grateful to host this ceremony to honor the achievements of our students.

We would also like to extend some special Thank Yous! The first Thank You! is to National Honor Society Advisor Mrs. Humiston for maintaining this very impactful ceremony. Next Thank You! to Mr. Foy for arranging and serving the post event refreshments for all to enjoy. Our last Thank You! goes to our veteran National Honor Society members for representing the tenets of the Bolton Chapter so well; Sarah Anand, Hannah Daken, Declan Dumas, Abe Figueroa, Riley Matuszak, Lydia Phelps, and Theodore Phelps.

Bolton Central School elementary students were treated to a truly effervescent assembly recently. Mr. Boyers Big Bubble Bonanza creates highly accessible, multi-generational theater that blends bubbles, science, and comedy to entertain, educate, and build community. By offering sensory-friendly performances and interactive variety shows, he opens the stage to audiences of all cultures, ages, and abilities. His shows give students a powerful opportunity to share in pure joy and wonder together—turning casual experiences into a deeply connected and inclusive community.

On Friday, September 25, select members of our Bolton Senior Chorus participated in the 2026 VTSU Castleton Honors Festival! This prestigious event brought together some of the finest student musicians from across New York, Vermont, and New Hampshire for an intensive day of collaboration, culminating in a spectacular, one-time concert. It was an incredible opportunity for our vocalists to challenge themselves, connect with talented peers, and grow as performers. We are so proud of their hard work and achievement!

There have been some changes to our Athletic calendar. The Bolton Booster Club Bonfire has been moved to Thursday, October 15th.

The Varsity Boys Under the Lights Game and Senior Night has been moved to Wednesday, October 7th.

Attaboy is an indie-pop band with a positive message for students and the community alike! Mark your calendar for Wednesday, September 30th! This group will share their message with secondary students in the afternoon and a performance will be held for families and the community at 7:00 p.m. in the Bolton Central School Gymnasium.

By uniquely combining an energetic and fun concert experience with powerful moments of speaking, the band uses today’s music to challenge, encourage and inspire tomorrow’s leaders.

Attaboy’s school assembly is all about CARING. From experiences and reflections on personal journeys through mental health, the band encourages students to care for others, care for themselves and care for their future.
