Classical Charter Schools of Southport Classical Charter Schools of Southport is a tuition-free, open enrollment K-8 public charter school. We are located off of Sunset Harbor Road.

We are part of the Roger Bacon Academy family of schools with sister institutions Classical Charter Schools of Leland, Classical Charter Schools of Whiteville, and Classical Charter Schools of Wilmington. All of the RBA schools are widely recognized as compelling choices to conventional public education and have built reputations for retaining dedicated and highly qualified teachers that provide s

tudents with a strong and proven academic foundation. We focus on providing a high quality education and a premier performance-driven year round school. We opened in July of 2014 and currently serve students in Kindergarten through 8th Grade. This is an easily accessible location 6 miles off of Hwy 17 near Supply and 1 mile off of Highway 211 between Southport and Supply. We are an easy drive from Supply, Southport, Oak Island, Shallotte, Bolivia, Supply, Sunset Beach, Boiling Spring Lakes, and Holden Beach. As we mark 25 years since 9/11, our students took time this morning to honor and remember those affected through a song, a moment of silence, and reciting the Pledge of Allegiance as a school. Today in class, they will learn more about and reflect on the lasting significance of this day. 🇺🇸🇺🇸
