Helpers Of Our Farm A nonprofit organization centered around educational and therapeutic farm animals programs.

Greenlands Farm started an educational petting farm in 2011 with a vision to be an educational platform for the community. Whether adopted from other rescue organizations, donated from owners, or taking in an animal because the farm could provide a good home, these animals are now a part of our farm. Greenlands Farm friends established Helpers of Our Farm (HOOF), a not for profit organization that supports these animals and the education and therapeutic services they provide. We are "Helpers of Our Farm" not only because these animals depend on humans to help them, but also because these animals help us by teaching us how to love, care, and learn from them. They perform an important task of educating visitors during our tours. The goal has always been to integrate education into the lives of our community through the lives of these animals. Ask us when to visit, how to volunteer, where to donate, and when our next fundraiser is!

☀️ The rain has passed and the sunshine is finally here! We couldn’t ask for better weather to welcome in our next Farm Yoga session 🧘‍♀️🐐🐄

Join us this Saturday, October 4th at 9:30am for yoga alongside our playful goats and our sweet mini cow. It’s the perfect way to stretch, smile, and soak up some fresh farm air. 🌿💛

The goats have been on a few adventures… slipping through the electric fence because I had no idea it was not working properly 🤦‍♀️ I just checked it 2 weeks go 🤔 We spent time working on it yesterday and today (thank you volunteers!). If you can’t see it in Danny’s eyes… he’s ready to get out of the paddock (where they’ve been for a few days so they didn’t get out) and try being a good boy 🥺🐐 He’s too cute to stay upset at 🥰

Meet Samwise the llama! Samwise came to us unexpectedly and we are excited to add him to some programs once he is socialized and trained. A wonderful friend of the farm is working with him and because of her, we have a llama again! He will only be here for special events so he can live with other llamas and continue to learn important llama things. We do know he will be at in March for our Art Gala Fundraiser 😁 He’ll be stopping in for our Selfies for a Cause fundraiser 🦙😄🤳 Give Sammie a big “Welcome to HOOF!” cheer! We look forward to you meeting him 😊
