Sara consistently goes above and beyond to coach, mentor, and encourage everyone around her. She has a true gift for meeting students exactly where they are and helping them grow in ways many never thought possible. Her patience, creativity, and dedication allow students to feel safe, confident, and successful both academically and emotionally.
She is often referred to as a “magician” with young children because of the amazing things she is able to help students create, learn, and achieve. The growth seen in her classroom is nothing short of inspiring.
Not only does Sara pour into her students, but she is also a constant source of reassurance and support for teachers, paras, and families. She leads with kindness, compassion, and a heart that truly puts children first.

Tasha has a remarkable way of making everyone in her building feel like part of a loving family each and every day. Several staff members shared that they genuinely enjoy getting up and coming to the co-op because of the warm, fun, and supportive environment she helps create.
She leads by example in everything she does and never hesitates to step in and take on even the most difficult tasks. Whether supporting teachers, helping students with intensive needs, or encouraging those around her, Tasha consistently gives her whole heart to others.
Her dedication, perseverance, and selfless attitude truly make her the epitome of a team player. The impact she has on students, staff, and the entire EPCO Family is immeasurable, and we are incredibly thankful for all that she does.
