So, we took a little summer break - in fact, we're still pretty much on it. But we do have 2 episodes that were shot that we are being published, the first was shot both in the studio and on site at B1 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & Fitness Naperville where Joe Giamanco got hurt and Mitch Quill got his ass handed to him!

We can't thank Bruce Guevara enough for taking us to school and showing us what an intense workout Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is.
