🎃 Calling All Local Businesses: Join Our Trunk or Treat Event! 🎃
Independence Elementary School in Bolingbrook is seeking local businesses and community organizations to participate in our annual Trunk or Treat event on Friday, October 23.
This beloved school community event is always well attended, and we are expecting approximately 300 children and their families to join us for an evening of fun, treats, and community connections. We would love to showcase local businesses by inviting you to host a decorated trunk and engage with our families in a festive, family-friendly environment.
Participating businesses are welcome to distribute promotional materials, giveaways, coupons, or other information about their services. It's a great opportunity to increase visibility within the local community while supporting a fun event for our students and families.
The event is hosted by the Independence Elementary School PTO, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and participation may qualify as a charitable contribution.
If your business is interested in participating, please comment below or send a message, and we'll be happy to provide additional details.
We look forward to partnering with our local business community to make this year's Trunk or Treat a memorable event for our families. Thank you for your support! 🍂🎃👻
*Please feel free to share this post with other local businesses that may be interested in participating.*
