Hello everyone. The BSU TKD club is in session. Every Tuesday and Thursday from 4-5:30 in the kinesiology annex building on the BSU campus. All BSU students are welcome, even if you have no previous experience with TKD.

Hello there. We are Taekwondo Club, a student organization at Boise State University.
Taekwondo is a Korean martial art that mainly focuses on kicking technique but we do practice punching and self-defense technique.

According to this article, TKD is one of the very best ways to burn calories. #3 best at 937 calories per hour for a 200lb person. Second only to jumping rope and sprinting for an hour... Have you ever tried to jump rope or sprint for an hour? I'd MUCH rather do TKD for an hour....
