Congrats to James for taking silver in absolute blue belt division and gold in the blue belt 185lb division this weekend at Grappling Industries. All of his wins came by subs.

There will be no class this Saturday (May 28th) due to the πππ tournament and several of our students competing. Please feel free to come support your teammates
Schedule update!!
Starting March 17th 2022 we will be adding a Thursday 8pm-9pm no gi class. Also Friday evening we will be 6:30pm-8pm no gi. There will be no more Friday 6pm-7pm beginner class.

We are sad to hear that Keith Owen has passed away. We spent a lot of time on the mat with him, he had a huge influence on our Jiu Jitsu, and was a major influence on the growth of Jiu Jitsu in Idaho and the Treasure Valley. Our hearts go out to his family. RIP
