This single varietal cider, crafted with the heritage Gravenstein apple, is a true gem. Originally cultivated in Denmark in the 17th century, the Gravenstein is now making a grand comeback in American cider-making, especially along the West Coast. Known for its aromatic profile, bright citrus notes, and crisp acidity this apple makes a dang good cider.
What makes it even better? We’re the only place in Idaho where you can enjoy this incredible cider on draft. Don’t miss your chance to sip this rare delight—come by soon and savor a glass of history! 🍏✨
