The Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning (OPWL) department at Boise State University invites applications for two nine-month faculty positions - at tenure-track Assistant Professor or non-tenure-track Clinical Assistant professor level - starting August 2022 (Fall semester). Additional summer teaching opportunities are available and optional.

Both tenure-track Assistant Professor and Clinical Assistant Professor positions will work on-site to develop and teach graduate-level online courses, conduct research if tenure-track, and provide service with a focus on the following areas:

* Instructional design
* Adult learning principles applied to Learning and Development (L&D) practices
* Learning experience and user experience design
* Current and future L&D practices and trends
* Human resources (workforce) development, organization development, or performance improvement
* Student internships, career advising, outreaching, and networking

This summer OPWL graduate Glen Scott will be teaching Organizational Culture and Leadership. Glen brings a wealth of experience as VP of HR, Chief Operating Officer, Chief People Office, and has been serving organizations development needs as a consultant since 2018.
