Check out this highlight video from Monroe Elementary, one of several schools across the District that participated in the Hour of Code during Computer Science Education Week! Students at Monroe dove into engaging coding activities with support from the Idaho STEM Action Center.

We were also honored to have Superintendent Debbie Critchfield and Senator Carrie Semmelroth join Monroe’s event, working alongside students and inspiring them to explore the possibilities of computer science.

This is just one example of how our schools are empowering students with critical tech skills and fostering a love for learning.
