☀️ Happy first full day of summer break, St. Mark's families! We hope you are soaking up the relaxation and sunshine. As we wrap things up completely on campus, we have a few helpful reminders to keep in mind:

🧥 Lost & Found Cleanout: Before you completely forget about school gear, please remember that any items left behind in the Lost and Found will be donated to St. Vincent de Paul very soon. If you think your student misplaced a jacket, sweatshirt, or water bottle, make sure to check in quickly!

⛺ Summer Service & Faith: Are you looking for a fun, faith-filled way to keep your kids engaged this summer, or do you still need to log some volunteer hours? Our parish needs adult volunteers and middle school helpers for Vacation Bible School happening later this summer! Volunteering is a fantastic way to fulfill your future school service requirements or complete middle school community service hours early. Head over to the parish website to register or volunteer today!

🔔 The final day of the school year has officially arrived! 🙌 This morning, our hearts are full of gratitude as we gather for our final School Mass of the year, immediately followed by our beautiful Move-Up Ceremony. It is a joy to watch our students stand proudly in their Mass dress as they are welcomed into their new grade levels for next year with their new teachers standing beside them. 🦁💙

☀️ Parents, please remember that we have an early dismissal this morning to officially kick off summer break! Report cards and recent standardized testing results will be sent home with students today.

💊 Quick medical reminder: If your child has medication stored in the nurse's office, please stop by the table set up directly in front of the office this morning to pick it up. The nurse will also have next year's physician-signature forms ready for you to take. Have a safe, happy, and blessed start to your summer vacation, Lions!

🎓 Let's hear it for our graduates! This morning, we are overjoyed to celebrate our wonderful kindergarteners as they officially graduate! They have brought so much light, joy, and faith to our school this year, and we are excited to see them continue to rise.

🎓🎓 Prayers and celebrations are just around the corner! In just a couple of days, our littlest Lions will be hitting a major milestone at their Kindergarten Graduation. We are so incredibly proud of these sweet students and can’t wait to celebrate their growth! 🙏

Later that same day, our school community will be gathering outdoors for a deeply meaningful Rosary of Thanksgiving. We will not have our usual Mass that day; instead, we will stand together in prayer to honor the incredible legacies and retirements of our beloved staff members, Rena VanPaepeghem and Bobbi Rivas. All families are warmly invited to attend as we celebrate their remarkable impact on St. Mark's. 🦁✨🙌🙏🏻

🍕 Gamer mode: ON! The fun doesn't stop when the school bell rings. Today we are hosting our School Night Out!

Bring the whole family out for arcade tokens, unlimited bumper cars, carousel rides, and some delicious pizza. The best part is that our school will earn 20% cash back on all purchases during the party! We can’t wait to see our families and faculty there to connect outside of the classroom and make lasting memories.

☀️ Today is the day! Our campus is a sea of vibrant colors as our students kick off an amazing Field Day! We are wishing all of our grade levels a wonderful day filled with laughter, friendly competition, and sunshine. Thank you to all of our volunteers who are helping out!
