Yesterday in the Spring TRS Cohort Class we had our second annual Fail Panel 🤗 The purpose of the panel is to understand that “failing” is okay, and most importantly, how to keep going! On the panel we had soon-to-be graduates, TRS Alumni, and Boise State Staff 💙🐴 Much appreciation to the panelists who shared their experiences, gave words of encouragement, and highlighted the importance of support systems and being in community 🫶 Similar to last year, it was refreshing and validating to hear stories that are relatable and provide helpful insights as we navigate our own lives. Main message from the panel is that you either win or you learn 🤓 and TRIO Works! ❤️
