We are a place where children and parents can learn, explore, wonder and become together. We offer small Waldorf-inpired playgroups and Music Lingua Spanish Groups for ages infant to 8. This fun, interactive method of language for children exposes them to vocabulary through songs, movements and games. Music Lingua makes learning Spanish a joyful experience for the very young while they are in thei

r most absorbant years for language acquisition. We hope that by exposing as many children and families as possible to foreign languages, and by providing a fun, continuous education program for children to learn and grow with, we will instill in those children a love for speaking another language. We want them to understand that many people on this earth are different, but those differences can be exciting and interesting, and learning other ways and traditions can lead to great encounters for a lifetime. The early years of a child's life are full of wonder and joy while also being the most critical years of development. The Playgroup at Little Semillas (Seeds) not only offers the children a rich environment for exploration and play, but also offers the parents support in creating a healthy home life. Through meeting together in a group with like-minded parents and an experienced early childhood Waldorf teacher each week, a warm and loving community is formed.

Hello parents! We will be starting a new unit November 27th called: Life at Home. It will be 8 classes this session. We will cover such topics as setting the table, the different foods we eat, the members of the family, our pets, and the rooms of the house. Of course, we'll also review greetings, counting, and colors. Classes are for ages 0-8.

Registration is now open. There are two class times on Mondays 9:30am and 11am. If you are interested in signing up or want more information -- send a message or an email to [email protected] space is limited.

The earlier children are exposed to languages the better. Some sounds cannot be distinguished after 12 months of age. Music Lingua uses song and movement language acquisition techniques for ages 0-8.

Both the learning process and the proficiency of speaking, reading and writing in a foreign language greatly benefits students and our nation overall.

Everyone who registers before August 15th will be able to pick up the take home packet and listen to the songs before classes start on September 11th. The second order will be made on September 6th to arrive in time for the first class.

The 930am has spots, 11am is almost full and the afternoon classes still have room.
