Hello parents! We will be starting a new unit November 27th called: Life at Home. It will be 8 classes this session. We will cover such topics as setting the table, the different foods we eat, the members of the family, our pets, and the rooms of the house. Of course, we'll also review greetings, counting, and colors. Classes are for ages 0-8.

Registration is now open. There are two class times on Mondays 9:30am and 11am. If you are interested in signing up or want more information -- send a message or an email to [email protected] space is limited.

The earlier children are exposed to languages the better. Some sounds cannot be distinguished after 12 months of age. Music Lingua uses song and movement language acquisition techniques for ages 0-8.

The Importance of Learning a Second Language Both the learning process and the proficiency of speaking, reading and writing in a foreign language greatly benefits students and our nation overall.

Take home kits have arrived! Space available in 11am and 2pm classes.

Everyone who registers before August 15th will be able to pick up the take home packet and listen to the songs before classes start on September 11th. The second order will be made on September 6th to arrive in time for the first class.

The 930am has spots, 11am is almost full and the afternoon classes still have room.

The 10 week session Old McDonald's Farm will start September 11.

There are 4 classes available on Mondays. Registration will open August 1. Space is limited for each class.

I'm now offering after school drop off classes. If there is enough interest I would love to do an infant only class from 0-18 months.

SAVE THE DATE! SPANISH SUMMER CAMP
June 26-30. 9:30am - 12pm. Life on the Pond.

A fun way to learn a second language. Singing, Dancing, Games, Crafts. We will even make our own fishing poles!

The 1-week camp is a little different than the regular classes, but the same amount of time as a 12-week session. We will have time outside in the fresh air for much of the class.

Space is limited. All ages can participate age 0-3/4 with a parent, kids 4-8 for drop-off class.

Cost is $125 plus $35 for the take home kit of music CD, activity book, book on CD and plush toy. Second Child is only $65. (Those who already have the kit don't need to purchase again.)

We are halfway through our Spring Session and it is time to think about Spanish Camp this summer.

Spanish Camp is a one-week intensive. It is 2.5 hours a day for 5 days. Students will have fun with lots of singing, games, crafts and snack time.

Stay tuned for dates in June, July.
Space will be limited.

I am in favor of really limited media, especially for young kids, but to add a little Spanish exposure, one episode a week could be great for kids. Puffin Rock is lovely for young kids.

Babies are so amazing. They know and understand so much more than we previously thought. I love seeing the class of new children we have this session picking up the words so quickly and the returners are amazingly able to apply what they learned from last session. Spring 10 week session registration will open March 1st.
