Annual Literacy Festival This festival is a yearly event. It is the culmination of the Children's Writing Contest that Borderline Publishing holds yearly.

Open to the public. Bring the family for fun and festivities. Raffles, give aways, cultural entertainment, guest speakers, book reading, face painting, and much much more!
