I have been sending my teen daughter to Christina's cooking classes and she always has a big smile on her face when she brings home her delicious food. My daughter adores Christina who is an amazing person with lots of energy and passion, creativity and warmth. A total accomplished business women with an enormous heart. Great role model for young teen girls who are interested in cooking in a fun and casual atmosphere. I highly ecommend it!!!!!

You asked! We listened! 2 dates! Welcome to the art of dough and bread making. In this class we will introduce you to the world of universal doughs. Each dough recipe that is taught in class has multiple uses. You will learn the art of lamination, yeasted doughs, as well as no knead artisan bread. We will discuss all of the various uses for each dough, will prepare and bake each dough, and students will go home with the recipes from class and the confidence to properly bake off pastry and bread from the comfort of their own kitchen!

On the Menu:

Prosciutto & Gruyere Galette with Dijon (laminated pastry)

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Stuffed Cinnamon Rolls with Vanilla Bean Glaze (yeasted dough)

Parmesan & Roasted Garlic Artisan Bread (no knead)

What each dough will teach you:

Laminated Dough (used for puff pastry, rustic croissants, galettes, both savory and sweet)

Yeasted Dough (dinner rolls, pizza dough, cinnamon roll dough)

This is like no other. You and a friend pick the season, and relax while we and your chef carefully curate the menu!!

For $375 your membership (price per person) includes 3 fine dining experiences per season. Each experience is a 2-3 hour fine dining carefully curated dinner per chef’s seasonal recommendation.

Heading out to the woods, a scenic lake, or enjoying a staycation while camping in the backyard??? Well, guess what??? Your camping food does not have to be sub par anymore!!! And……. with the tiniest bit of prep (done by the kids of course!!!), you too can elevate (and enjoy) your camp food experience!! In this hands on cooking class we will teach kids and teens (ages 7-17), how to meal prep, properly package, and cook amazing camp food that can be enjoyed in the great outdoors!
