Mr. Farley, how do we say thank you enough?

Thank you, Jeff Farley for seven incredible years leading Cynthia Mann Elementary.

When you first arrived, our graduating 6th graders were just little kindergarteners, and over the years you have helped shape not only our school, but the hearts of the students, staff, and families who walk through these doors each day.

You created something truly special at Cynthia Mann. You made a school that feels like a family. The sense of community, kindness, support, and connection you built among staff, students, and parents is unmatched. You made this a place where children feel safe, heard, seen, encouraged, and loved.

Thank you for always reminding our students what it means to be a HERO:
Honest, Encouraging, Respectful, and Outstanding.

Your leadership has left a lasting impact on so many lives, and your dedication to Boise School District and the Boise community for 33 years is something to be deeply celebrated.

We will greatly miss your steady presence, your encouragement, your care for every child, and the welcoming atmosphere you created for all of us.
