Project Scientia, an interdisciplinary initiative led by faculty from Boise State Department of World Languages, aims to make research and creative activity accessible to Spanish-speaking communities by leveraging the time and talents of students and faculty. The group will collaborate with the Idaho National Science Foundation EPSCoR on the following programs this fall:

• Genes by Environment—Modeling, Mechanisms, Mapping, also known as GEM3

• The Nature Conservancy of Idaho

• The Stein Luminary “Day of the Dead” exhibition

• Multidisciplinary research advancing public health for farmers in the Latinx community in Idaho
