Congratulations to Boise State University College of Education Ed Tech alum and Hawthorne Elementary teacher Kellie Taylor for receiving the AIAA - The American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics 2022 Trailblazing STEM Educator Award!
Kellie Taylor graduated with a doctoral degree in Educational Technology from Boise State in 2016 and currently teaches gifted and talented students at Hawthorne in Boise.
Taylor is among five national recipients and received the award for her passion for hands-on STEM education and connecting her students and colleagues to space education through real-world experiences. Each recipient of the award and their school receives $5,000 and is granted access to exclusive STEM programming from the institute.

Starting in summer 2021, we will only be offering elective courses for our MET, EdD, and EdS programs. The required courses for those programs will continue to be offered during fall/spring semesters. Therefore, please be advised that starting in summer 2021, we will no longer offer the following courses in the summer session.
