Our preschool friends at our LaSalle location had a wonderful day practicing the important skills of working together, collaborating, and being a good friend! 🥰✨

Through play and hands-on activities, our little learners had opportunities to share ideas, take turns, listen to one another, and work together toward a common goal. 🧩🎨 These everyday moments help children build confidence, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and meaningful friendships.

We love watching our preschoolers learn that when we work together, we can accomplish so much—and have lots of fun along the way! 🌈💕

We’re excited to support our New Horizon Academy families by helping make their busy mornings a little easier! Our school-age program provides transportation to local elementary schools, helping children start their school day with a safe and welcoming ride.

🚌💛 Big Bus, Big Adventures, BIG Kindergarten Skills! 🎓✨

Our recent Pre-K graduates got a very special kindergarten readiness experience—a ride on a big yellow school bus! 🚌🥰

For many of our little learners, this was their first chance to experience what riding the school bus will be like. They practiced important skills like boarding the bus, finding a seat, listening to the driver, and following safety instructions—all while having SO much fun! 🌟

It was more than just a bus ride—it was a wonderful opportunity to build confidence, independence, and excitement for the next big adventure: KINDERGARTEN! 🎒📚🍎

We are so proud of our little learners and can’t wait to see where that big yellow bus takes them next! 💛🚌

On August 1, 2026, we proudly celebrated our amazing New Horizon Academy Pre-K graduates as they graduated from our Kindergarten Readiness Program! 🥳📚🍎

From learning new skills and making friendships to growing in confidence and independence, these little learners have worked so hard—and we couldn’t be more proud! 💙

Our preschoolers had an unforgettable hands-on learning experience when The Reptile Zoo came to visit! 🌿✨

Our little explorers got up close with some amazing reptiles and learned all about their unique characteristics, habitats, and how they help our world. From curious questions to big smiles, our classrooms were buzzing with excitement! 🥰🔍

These hands-on experiences make learning fun, memorable, and meaningful—and our preschoolers were definitely ready to scale up their knowledge! 🐍📚💚

A huge thank-you to The Reptile Zoo for bringing these incredible creatures to our school and helping our little learners discover the fascinating world of reptiles! 🦎🐢

Career Day & Kids Market is happening July 18th, and admission is now FREE from 10am-noon! 😄

Come meet the New Horizon Academy team along with other career professionals stationed at exhibits throughout the Children's Museum. Chat with them about what they do and collect stickers for your Career Day passport!

Then stick around for the Kids Market from 10am-2pm, a market run entirely by kid entrepreneurs selling their own goods. Shop local, support young business owners, and see what these kiddos have created!
