Ken Zen Kempo is modern martial art adapted from Shorinji Kempo which combines elements of Karate style attack and defense with Aikido style pins and throws.

Our roots are founded in Shorinji Kempo which was started in Tadotsu, Japan in 1947 by So Doshin who reorganized techniques he learned while in China.
